Michael Andrade - Director and founder of Marketing Vision
To establish an agency when only 26, being unable to see a retro object in front of you without wanting to buy it.
Michael Andrade is an entrepreneur with an eye on the future, but who cultivates a special affection for the past. He plays an American Victrola from 1913 used by soldiers of the First World War. When Michael founded Marketing Vision, he was only 26. He has won national and international awards, such as Promotion Columnists, Globes Awards and FIP Festival. Today, he has projects in Asia, Europe, South America and North America. He is a member of the Council of MAAW (Marketing Agencies Association for South America) and takes part on the organizational committees of the Globes Awards and of Academic Challenge. He also serves on the jury of the Australian Promotional Marketing Association, Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide and of the Festival Iberoamericano de Promoções & Eventos (Iberian-American Festival of Promotions and Events). Oh! And in 2010, he was invited by the section "Boa Chance" ("Good Oppportunity") of the O Globo newspaper to serve as a specialized consultant to readers and to clarify questions in relation to the world of marketing.
Tiago Andrade - Director of Operations

It's to travel the world, learning, acquiring knowledge and exchanging experiences. It's to return to one's hometown after 7 years, laden with heavy baggage and bringing together all its potential to the team as Director of Operations.
With a vast and rich résumé which includes passages through great companies in France and Switzerland, in which he managed and lead multicultural teams, Tiago graduated in Production Engineering at PUC and at the "Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Lyon", France, and has specializations from renowned French schools. Since childhood he has a daring and entrepreneurial personality, Tiago is a Flamengo fan, is proud of being Brazilian and came home because he believes in the country's future. And all these feelings can be expressed in 5 different languages, always within an international and worldly attitude.

Having lived in many countries, but to always remain convinced that Rio is the best city in the world. And also to be a specialist in Planning and Marketing. Graduated from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (Superior School of Advertising and Marketing), Myrza also has an Executive Master’s degree in International Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Getulio Vargas Foundation - FGV) and a specialization in Planning and Marketing from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe). Her career started at Publicis in 2007 for L’Oréal Account Management – Rio de Janeiro branch and, until recently, she was in the Worldwide Planning Center of Nestle Nutrition, at Publicis headquarters in Paris.
Wallace Espindola - Planner

Besides being a fanatic fan of Botafogo, Wallace is graduated in Publicity and Advertising from ESPM-Rio, and has seven years of experience in Promotional Marketing and specialization in POS Planning for Popai Brasil. At Marketing Vision, he is a Master in the role of Planner. In his curriculum, he has projects for large clients such as Petrobras, Ambev, Brasilcap, KFC, Bob’s, Lafarge, L’Oréal, Souza Cruz, TVA, e Editora Abril. And he is certainly talented: he has already won two Columnist Awards in the Promo category, in 2009 e 2010.

Rogério Garcia - Administrative Manager

To take a bike ride to Apoador beach on a sunny day and fell the heat of the Carioca soul. Is to see beauty in the simplest things in life. Rogerio’s career is also like that: blue. He started at the administration área of Rio Sul airlines. From 2002 to 2004, he was a member of the on-board Service Management team of the same company, and – later on – he moved to the same area of the holding that purchased the company: Varig. Rogerio started with us as Coordinator and today he’s our administrative manager.
